Saying everyone hates their landlord is as stupid as saying customer service is not needed since everyone hates the retailer.

You are the customer and if they can’t provide the type of time needed to get you set up then you don’t need that agent.

Listing agents would not drive their own pipelines; they would be advisors, high-quality customer service reps assigned to clients.

However I have great units and we provide excellent customer service so I generally have little turnover.
