I use it to create repair estimates, create scopes of work, manage contractors and bids, schedules, materials, create a budget, track expenses and reporting.The creator is a BP member and provides updates as well as great support.

You pick an template and provide the content (which you would have to do with any website designer/creator anyway). 

I think the creator had very good intentions when he established it, but since then it has been hijacked by scammers and other unscrupulous individuals.
