And the last one, she was upset about the $100 contract deposit after she received the contract to sign and said she wanted 5k to 10k so I sent a new contract back with a 5k deposit cos I KNOW i could sell it within a couple of hours of having it under contract but she stopped answering my calls after that second contract went out.

Why didn't anyone warn me about COs???I

My solution until about a year ago was to go to a nearby McDonalds with Wi-Fi and sip a soda while making calls and sending emails.Last year I found Regus Office Suites where I can use their "business lounge" and unlimited high-speed internet every day for just $19 per month.

Nothing gets you thinking lazy like picturing quitting your job and then waiting for checks in the mail while sitting in your lounge chair… so it appeals to people but if you actually probe those people probably that’s not their goal and that’s not usually the actual end state an achiever wants to achieve.

If they are overcharging you for repairs, call them on it, and fire them if they don't correct it.It can be rather difficult to "change a washer" from a lounge chair on the deck of a Cruise Ship in the Mediterranean.
