While I won't be paying down my debt early, I will soon find myself confronted with the choice of either to refinance/releverage/trade up, or to continue paying down my debt.The answer to whether you should pay off your debt or not comes down to two personal questions you have to ask yourself:1) Can I get a better return elsewhere?

some homeowners are controlling with price fixing because they feel they know how much their house should be worth lol and to avoid confrontations, agents just accepts to list for that price they demanded, knowing fully well it wont sell for that price..there is no reason why that house should have gotten 22 showings and not a single offer if you crossed all 3 things. it upsets me lol but don't give up, reduce the price if you must, run it as an Easter promo and let it go. each rehab is a lesson

He is a good worker, but I am very concerned about having him work on occupied properties (so far I have only had him do exterior yard work on vacant houses)--   When I confronted him  about what we found, he said that I was happy with his work so why am I concerned about lhis past & doesn't everyone deserve a chance, etc.What would other landlords do?
