Include an address, number of units, unit configuration, amenities (i.e., covered parking, laundry room, etc), an APOD, photo, and general description of the location (i.e., nearness to freeways, shopping, and other facts that might influence a buyer).

@Dan HoehnLast year I tiled my rental tub, same configuration with 6x24 tiles vertically. 

@Jonah Geil  I would suggest talking with the city and determining if they have process to allow the property to operate in its current configuration, i.e. grandfathering. 

The apartments can also almost be broken down into smaller parts for layout configurations.  6 plex, 12 plex, 18 plex, and 24 plex, three-story walk-ups is our model.
