@Gerald Harris If they are a legitimate hedge fund and solicit investors, then it should have a private placement memorandum (also known as a confidential information memorandum) (normally referred to as PPM or CIM, respectively).

CBA uses Experian for credit, which requires an on-site visit at your office to confirm that you have secure storage for tenant's confidential information.

Got a email from a sellers agent and he wants me to wholesale some of their properties, but I have to sign this form before moving forward.Is it just like a agreement to work with one another and the information shall remain confidential?

Lending is an area that is conducted in a confidential manner and I doubt you'll get any banker that walks through the step by step process and alternative aspects considered in lending.
