They have a committee board..

Defend your numbers and rationale in front of the committee.  

Thanks @Jay Hinrichs  You are right - I and most of us don't know all that's involved with banking at the back end - the committees and regs.  

Yeah, dumbass, well code changes every few years and is often pretty questionable itself - stuff done by committee. ust because something isn't to the latest code doesn't mean it isn't safe.

A few things to share:As stated above, be careful with AirBNB, there is a new Committee that was formed by the new City Council President to look into taxing for AirBNBs.
