Yes I understand there are many facets and variables with an undertaking of this magnitude, but blood, sweat, tears, ingenuity and common sense can create marvels and monuments then this is no different.

You can file a personal lawsuit but then you're squeezing blood from a rock, you might get a settlement but if they don't pay on it, you're stuck.

They're getting older so it's time for new blood to move in, start with one and scale up while the opportunity is there.

As soon as you inquire about business/commercial lending it's like they smell blood in the water, they want higher downpayments, rates go up, length of loans goes down, and the process is way more of a hassle.

I think we have 2-5 years before we see another correction in some markets, and I certainly don't think it will be a blood bath like in 2008.

If you haven't already take the time to learn what's involved in being in real estate, because there is a lot of hype around how lucrative it is, but not as much about the blood, sweat, and tears.  

Erez you need to change your mindset.You are taking what a few buyers or sellers are telling you as the gospel.I used to have an engineer that lived across my street that said all brokers and agents are blood sucking vampires who are not worth more than a used car salesman!

Hard to be patient on occasion, but doing so will help keep your blood pressure in check.
