It was forty minutes from my house, next to the beautiful Golden Gate State Park, fifteen minutes to the casinos of Black Hawk, fifteen minutes to the quirky town of Nederland and twenty minutes to skiing.

For those looking for quick access from Portland and also not requiring full short term rental-ability the areas of Cannon Beach, Arch Cape and Manzanita are majestic and luxury real estate areas.

@Joel MoraThis is the area of real estate where most of it lies, which is in the gray area (unlike every guru telling you it’s black and white).

As we walked out the front door and approached our cars, the contractor looked down and noticed that he had multiple black fleas on his pant legs.

Get a camper, paint it brown or black, cut out a window, put a college kid inside and sell coffee.

I put one in the living room and main bedroom, the basic black Harbor Breeze fans at Lowe's do the job just fine for $60 and look nice. 

I just had a large group check out and our cleaner informed us that while most of it was what you'd expect from a large group, the bunk room had two sets of bloodied sheets, imprints on the black out shades, multiple chalk drawings on the garage floor, various towels used to remove makeup, various dirt handprints on the walls, and didn't run the dishwasher.
