Drive for dollars.Or better yet, Walk or Bicycle for dollars.Then take down addresses, and find then try to contact the owners.Find REI meetups. 

Nothing is stopping you from driving, bicycling, or taking public transit and exploring target neighborhoods.

I had an idea to provide bicycles as transportation.

Bicycle around and look for activity. 

When I say I don't have "free time" to me that means I don't have time to spend hours on my bicycle or watch as much TV as I used to...but I make time for a quick 30 minute workout and 10 minutes of YouTube before bed :).  

Some mountain/dirt bicycles?

Smaller boats are more like kid's bicycles, there's many variations, but they all pretty much do the same thing and they're there just to prep someone for a bigger boat.
