Check out the events and meetups section for meet ups in your area, they are a great way to connect with local investors. 

I have just always wondered that when we go to a hotel and they give us bottle to celebrate an event. 

In the event of damage to the product, you file your claim through them (take pics and submit).

If the tenant is truly struggling due to a life event, the sooner we can work together to get her somewhere she can afford (and not have an eviction or negative credit report on record), the better for all.
