Hi, I am starting to go to appointments to close off market properties for a flip company and wanted to know if there was anyone else in my or similar position that would like to get some reps role playing different scenarios/objections to cash offer / novation pitches.

(old clients, new leads, random tax record lists (FSBO, Pre foreclosure etc) You can do this remote and just book appointments for anyone in the real estate industry. 

I don't have an answer from my attorney yet but I am trying to get an appointment as we speak.

@Paul Merriwether  Living Trust avoids probate, a probate trustee appointed who eats the assets, and delays.

I can't make an appointment and expect to actually make it.

This is also after she sent a message saying she confirmed the appointment.

I have an appointment this week with the L&I office to discuss this issue, to see if they can issue me a letter or anything that notes that the property can legally be used as a two-family.I would greatly appreciate any input that any of you may have!

It also provided owners with weekly stats on everything related to their property ranging from inquires made, appointments scheduled / canceled, feedback from prospective tenants & leasing coordinators.Worth it, imo. 

Can the appraiser appointed by the FHA Lender assess the rental income based on the units post renovation.

We do have an accountant, but he is extremely busy and our appointment with him is not till the end of February.
