In PA we have "Special Clauses" and "Additional terms" in standard AOS where you can put whatever you want. 

The agent then got involved and we entered into an AOS. 

The Book 401(k)aos by Andy Tanner is an excellent example of how the 401K process robs you of true wealth and negates your gains.

As per your question if we trade futures like /MES it is 1:10 leverage for overnight holding, so leverage can be good in good hands, but I know how to manage the futures so if market drop I can hedge it apppropriately.
