Anyone selling mortgage payment history has some complicated "guestimate" algorithm they created or are flatout B.S.ing' you to get money from you...or again, are committing a crime and just haven't been caught yet.

Partially, this increase in difficulty is due to new algorithm changes.

The algorithm for Google constantly changes.

Property value is an OPINION anyway, a computer algorithm is only going to be able to do so much.   

I am also in a far better position to compare the properties then an algorithm.
