I am actually open to hear about other areas in the states, but the general direction is Jacksonville at the moment.I totally agree about the partnership part.That is why I am working with one :) Are you thinking of buying in Jacksonville as well?

I have done this probably over 100 times as the borrower and it has worked out well for me and my private money lenders in that everyone has gotten paid back along with the agreed upon interest.2.

While some of the answers were different from each other, I completely agree with all of them.

I agree with what Rick stated but believe he intended this for a single ADU in a single family zoned area.  

I also do a pre-screening questionnaire over the phone before I agree to a showing.

I agree with a lot of of the things you wrote above concerning the benefits, etc.

I agree with what others above said, that having a reliable, honest and knowledgeable team is the most important thing...more so than perhaps the location. 

I am seeing more bureaucracy like inspections and fees, which I can understand because some people let their places become true hazards.I do agree what @John Underwood said and would consider lawyering up.
