As a Gen Y person I don't care if you're high-end or not, my Generation would swarm to any Realtor who accommodated accessible technology lol.

I have to pay $850 to get someone to repair roof, During inspection, I notice the leaking area, I ask my agen to ask owner had any repair done, but no answer.Now question is, should preowner response this bill, or my agen is going to response to this bill?

But unless you physically pay them for their services, and they physically pay you back for use of the space, it could get very messy (hint: you don't want to end up in front of Judge Judy).
