If the attorney for the hospital is involved use a dash of common sense if they show you the deal.

@Jeff AshachikNot to dash a dream, but I would stay away from Belize, unless you have straight up cash in hand.No US bank is going to loan in Belize. 

You can even get creative and make some extra side cash by doing some food delivery with uber eats or door dash while also driving for dollars.
