I recently was able to walk a 156 unit in which I'm looking to make a investment in the next few weeks.I'm assuming you are accredited since most syndicators require you to be accredited, but I feel this is the best way for me to get into the multifamily world and also you can add these investments into your resume before starting to do deals yourself.

You have to be Accredited to invest in DSTs by the way - $1m net worth excluding your personal residence or alternatively you meet certain income requirements.
