I also just requested to join a couple fb groups realted to STRs in DFW. 

I was able to join the local Facebook pages for investors that are local to my area. 

Or you can also join Cleveland real estate investing Facebook groups and see who people recommend.

Hi Kemi,I’d recommend connecting with investor-friendly agents and wholesalers, as well as joining local Facebook groups for off-market deals.

I own several hundred rental units in other states, otherwise I'd join you in helping cover the costs.

And every American not infected with derangement syndrome acknowledges this and keeps shaking there head at the "Karens" and there fake freak-out on this demanding everyone join in there temper tantrums.
