Rents in Denver are quite high as well but my husbands program offers a ton of support so they are paying rent per bed but also getting access to meetings, coaching, etc.

This is WAY better advice than the other things in the forum because when you are in the real world and you show up and ask strangers for help and have done no research, laid no background, and didn't even try to do anything, they won't help you.Every one of the most well known coaches in the entire world will all tell you the same things.

I have yes, currently have 2 house in the las vegas area and plan to get some more with the equity built in them.  

The company that I am an advisor with does personalized 1:1 coaching and group coaching.

If they are coaching you through in person what looks good / bad about a property, great.

Particularly the DSTs focusing on multi family, as the rise in vacancies and lower rents must have effected them too, especially in markets like Austin, Phoenix, Vegas, etc.

I went to a conference that was coaching this strategy.
