They have training live webinars 2 in the afternoon that they want you to be on, they have training every weekday evening.

With all these people jumping in, the problem gets larger by unscrupulous individuals who start selling, and up-selling, so called "Real Estate Training Courses." 

My train of thought too just a new situation for me.

Politicians and federal agencies were lying about the strength of the economy.

Might be something to look into.Lastly, you are also very smart to know that keeping your job is part of the train to time freedom.

I have not taken his training but have spoken with him several times about overall real estate investing and he is a realist and does not blow sunshine where you know some people blow it.

I am a realtor so Ii used a lot of my training or else I would have been in a fix.

@Hunter Johnston Student rentals can go fairly well if you train them correctly.
