Even if I have to skim coat spots it is less work than going teh drywall route . . . will update as to how it works. 

Yeah that’s fair, but I just think there are also contractors who are really milking the supply chain issues.

A PA can tell you whats reasonable and whats not if they keep milking the cow.

The temptation to pass on bogus costs and skim is great and limited partner most always has bad results.Such as: cash calls, lawsuits, errors, hiring family and they are vastly overpaid, tax audits to name a few.

A detached SFH with a drive way I'd milk it as much as I can, probably an additional $50-$75 on top of that.
