So today I was doing maintenance at one of my rentals, I opened the closet to access the central AC handler unit to change the filter and after I opened the closet door,  I had to rearrange a few things to clear the space to the left so I can have a clear path to the filter slot.As I moved some clothes to the right my hand touched what appeared to be a human head on the rack.I quickly jumped back and in my mind was a scene in Silence of the Lambs...I tripped on myself and fell on my butt.I was so scared LOL.Glad the tenant wasn't there.

I didnt add any SF, I just redesigned the interior and made it a 3 bed/2 bath and made a walk in closet in the master bedroom.

We keep all of the supplies in the owner's closet and she replenishes everything.

We converted the property from a 3BR 1BA into a 2BR and 2BA with a full master suite with walk in closet and stand up shower with double vanities.

It would need a window a closet and a door.

The section 8 unit is advertised as a 2 bedroom but one doesn't have any window or closet so I don't even know if it counts... maybe like a walk-thru bedroom that's been closed...
