I am so glad I have several choices rather than just evict.I tell her pay or leave she just pay the full amount of thr rent. And then she suddenly refuse any coperate consider as roomate. So make us hard time. Also after any kind of conversation, she call the police that she is being harressment from us.Like clean the kitchen, dont change the thermometer on purpose such like that.I think I should hire lawyer to evict her. she does so much police report and noise. Thanks again everyone.
