The police should be able to help you with this if you don't have an emergency contact number. 

Maybe going forward, don’t complain unless it rises to the level of an actual lease violation or police call, even if it annoys you.

I am so glad I have several choices rather than just evict.I tell her pay or leave she just pay the full amount of thr rent.And then she suddenly refuse any coperate consider as roomate.So make us hard time.Also after any kind of conversation, she call the police that she is being harressment from us.Like clean the kitchen, dont change the thermometer on purpose such like that.I think I should hire lawyer to evict her. she does so much police report and noise.Thanks again everyone.

If you’re trying to self manage a condo in a city you’ll likely be dealing with the police and angry neighbors.

If you represent buyers for that project and get commissions as a realtor (and on top of it don't disclose it), it's promotion for all intents and purposes and against the rules so I was just warning you against that in a friendly manner (I'm not here to play the police and people can see through direct or hidden promotions it's not my role to judge for others). 

These arguments happened several times to the point where we almost considered calling the police as there was clearly violence involved.
