The tile floors added weight compared to the old vinyl floors but I don't see how the weight of tiles aren't an expectation when building.

The fascias are all rotted out pretty bad but haven’t looked close at the gables yet, may just redo those as stucco or vinyl siding, not sure yet.

I went into Home Depot thinking I wanted ceramic tile, but the associate who helped me seemed to think click-lock vinyl would be a better option.I don't know anything about flooring, and figured I'd just hire it out, but I'm not opposed to DIY if the hourly return is high enough.

Best course of action is to have a deleader replace the windows with vinyl. 4) Lead paint on Friction surfaces.

I have one coming up I know will need a new roof in < 5 years, so I budget 10k plus about a 3-10k (for less than 3 units) margin should I want to make improvements in the next 5 years when tenants move out (ie vinyl flooring install, bathroom update, new counter top etc), and thats doing the work myself.
