I was thinking a bottle of wine with a card..but trying to come up with something more creative.

Food, frozen dinners, vegetables, beer, half bottle of wine, spices, rice, etc......We leave things that are potentially useful, like food that gas not been opened, or is unused and fresh.

A basement tenant said her apartment was flooding, like a literal waterfall pouring in, non stop, nowhere near a bathroom, and it's wine, why is there wine pouring in her apartment and the tenants upstairs are partying, have kegs of wine, and are pouring it out.
