I know there's STR restrictions in LV proper, but since this is part of a resort, I would assume the resort can rent my unit when I'm away?

@Erin Murphy- thanks ...before resorting to using a  DSCR  loan - I would try to get  approved for a conventional loan .....terms are likely better  ....if you already have  tried this -  most  DSCR loan lenders  will want to see previous ownership history

Hard money is sort of a last resort, that's typically meant to be a short-term solution and will carry a higher rate and/or fees compared to most other options. 

Recently we actually had a guest who was part of spring training - he wanted his girlfriend to stay in one of our resorts, so she would have access to the amenities while he was off training.
