Food for thought if you prefer liquidity and dont like debt.

Appreciation in class A is not going to put food on the table right away.

rob, i need that guy's number....i have a great mexican guy (not iligal, been here for 20 yrs), who charges $1/sq. ft. does amazing work (did my basement), but he hates doing small jobs. he wants to do at least one day worth of work, or his guys will screw him over and still get paid.drywall is cheap, but experience is important. or it will look like crap.

Remember that junk food isn't the only thing you can fit in a vending machine. 

This is pretty much how banks do things too - the idea is that not only do you have to afford your rent - but also your electric, your food, your car, your insurance, your gas, internet, etc.  

The bed isn’t even made, the fridge and freezer are absolutely full of food.

I once gave a tenant $100 after their fridge quit and food spoiled.

I figure resort style food from off the land nature experience.

All of these items factor into revenue.Just food for thought :)

If it's not housing, food, or transportation, don't spend a dime on it.
