While reading up tonight I came across REITs which at first glance sound like a great alternative for someone inexperienced like me, looking for a simple cash flow, but things that sound great tend to make me wonder why not everybody is talking about them (or maybe they are and they just don't come up in artsy conversations).Would a mixture of REITs be a good idea for my needs or is there a devil somewhere, aside from the obvious things I'm reading about, like being susceptible to the moods of the market ?

When I have difficulties with government employees, I head to the office with a box of doughnuts, and that always puts them in a good mood, and gets me the answers I need.

When I,m in the mood to write a book, I'll say more, but it seems like advice falls` short and everything has to be explained.

Writing this post in a bit of a peeved mood and figured some of you seasoned guys could throw in some advice/laugh at me.

The color yellow puts people in a good mood, its true and it does work.

(To be fair, I always fill her in later, when I'm in a good mood, and I generally disclose a list of things, in very matter of fact language vs. how I would've told her if I'd disclosed them right after I'd discovered them!)

That's why for us the partnership works, there are times when I wasn't feeling motivated and a simple phone call would change my thoughts and mood.
