It's known as "Ford City", which isn't bad because it's supposed to be gentrifying, but it's no Tecumseh and not great.

Town has stated lot use and house  listed as single fam (11).  

I would like to buy patents and license them (there is no money in photography or video these days - the microstock websites have killed that niche).Real Estate - I own single family homes that I bought as distressed property - I'll continue to do that if an opportunity presents itself and I'm liquid, I have some property tax liens on land I am foreclosing on (with a plan to seller finance the properties if I successfully foreclose).Stocks - I have a VERY small tax deferred portfolio - I like Ford (is that contrarian?)
