You get a lot of the above in the process of obtaining a Real Estate license in many locales, and as a licensee you are generally kept updated on changes in the laws that affect your industry, either through required Continuing Education, or through local industry trade groups and pro-active business leaders.

In Nevada, to become a Real Estate licensee you need to complete 45 Hours of Real Estate principles and 45 hours of real estate law (18 hours of which need to be in Nevada RE law).
