I’ve recently started exploring real estate investing as a path to financial freedom and am interested in the South Florida market.

There is peace of mind and freedom that comes from paying off your mortgage.

I'm kind of in your boat -- willing to jump in the deep end and do the work in order to earn financial freedom.

I am 25 years old, since I was 9 my dad made me read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and 1 year an a half ago I was transferred to USA from work, in that book he talks about financial freedom and real state, so  I recently bought the book how to invest in real estate, by Joshua and Brando (I am still on page 120) however with each page my interest increased, which lead me to this forum. 

I am on the hunt for more units right now so I hope we both are able to find a deal so we can’t continue down that road to financial freedom!!

Being a full-time college student is expensive and stressful, I have no financial freedom due to college payments, but I have recently received a scholarship so I have been saving money working full-time. 

If you're able to, start networking at local Milwaukee real estate meetups---this is the very best education and inspiration that you will ever find--I started real estate by signing up for a guru program but by far, my best education came from speaking to other active local investors who are actually doing deals or have built financial freedom---the nationwide guru program only taught about flips and rentals but there are so many different strategies that locals have and are successfully doing.

I am actively researching markets like Cleveland and Columbus, but I remain very open to other opportunities.My goals are to successfully fund and execute a BRRRR project, build a team of veteran investors and mentors, and continue learning to attain financial freedom through real estate.Excited to connect with seasoned investors and mentors.
