We used this strategy on this deal and it worked like a charm!

This was a property that has so much charm and potential it was hard to say "no" to.

For long run, I still feel downtown has its charm yet before Vac, it is tough to ride the metro or go through elevator.

Rarely  housing but vinyl frame would work like a charm imo.

The house sold pretty quickly, so that's the one positive, but I do wonder if we could have sold it just as quickly and also kept more of the charming character intact. 

With a “1920’s” house I personally love the older woodwork, charm, style etc but expenses can quickly run away considering a roof, systems, windows etc and those can take a major chunk out of the income or put you in the negative.

I actually like this area but I’m sure others will charm in with their expertise. 

If being by the beach isn’t crucial, Old Town Orange has a lot of charm and college town feel (Chapman Univ).

Second time is the charm and the pole slides all four feet to the bottom and we can pack it in. 

Also our house is the subject of a reality show called Southern Charm.. so when I get a video link I will post it..
