One of the other questions I was hoping to get some inputs from this community is whether detecting some contaminants in soil and air is common or not for auto service properties.

Some window and door screens need to be replaced9) Substantial damage to the tile on the back patio10) Detected mold-like substance in laundry room and bathrooms.

I'm referring to smoking detection.

If they detect you have zero knowledge or experience they will not spend much time with you and most not all but most are not interested in educating people as they are looking to close deals and are very busy in this cycle.

The early detection would not be the case for an electrical fire that starts in the middle of the night. 

They can also chew insulation and wiring and they can be hard to detect. 

Do they provide a warranty or do any repairs if termites are detected?
