It is important to have eyes on pricing daily in my opinion. 

I'd personally rather stay at a hotel in BBL with daily service, cleaning and staff that I can talk to. 

We offered them 25% rent reduction in daily rent throughout the course of the 3 day repair, but they have countered with expecting a full days rent reduced for each day.

I have an STR condo down here, and analyze STR deals for investors daily.

Rates almost daily, move photos around, change wording.  

I've found some errors over the years, but mostly I am so relieved I don't have to think about accounting on the daily;)
