@Mike Roy - this would be for the backyard off the sliding doors, so it needs to be where the seating and grill are located

I recommend not grilling property management companies...The top Philadelphia property management companies tend to filter out bad, predatory rental owners.

We charred our bricks after leaving grill on for hours by accident.

But they do notice the grills. 

Often this isn't a paper throwaway filter like a central A/C has, but a section of wire or plastic mesh in the front grille that you can pull out and wash. 

I've installed about 10 grills stations this year alone. 

I asked them if they knew what was up with the grill.
