We have two people who part of their job is to communicate with our investors.  

Critical features for me: calendar mgt, manage client communication, communicating with team (i.e. cleaners), supply/operations checklist per property, and vacancy reporting. 

While this project progressed smoothly, it reinforced the importance of clear communication and coordination with contractors to ensure renovations are completed efficiently.

In a nutshell I think a down vote button would not serve to further communication between us which is the goal of the site.

This might be a good option to streamline communications and you can start building SOPs based off the types of inquiries you're getting.

The lease establishes the structure for how the tenancy should go so I would just keep my communication in line with that.

You will note there is no mention above about being a good communicator. 

Working with contractors can be extremely difficult as projects get delayed and there is poor communication(red flags were not present before project began).
