As far as safety , bodies are piling up in NY right now and there's anger towards China creating new virus strains with wild animal markets for food and medicine (and I realize the far east encompasses a lot more than China, but angry broke people don't care)... so I would monitor the situation.

Based on what I heard from STRs in China (only country currently relaxing restrictions), generally it is extremely tough even after things loosen up for following reasons:1) No international travelers - By summer or even fall, most countries will likely continue to have travel restrictions2) No big conferences or concerts or large festivals - Nothing is planned for at least 2-3 months AFTER lifting of restrictions. 3) Not much business travelers- Business continue to discourage business travel due to liability concerns.

Yes, it makes me annoyed that they obtain a large chunk of money that was potentially mine and of course I wonder how to avoid that, but at the end of the day it is what it is and all is fair and well.Also, on a personal note, realtors are experts in manners, and I tend to be the bull in the china shop sometimes - lol - I'm not everyone's cup of tea.I might add some more but everyone else already nailed it.
