The brand (Carrier, Rheem, Lennox, Trane, etc) or the company that installs it?

I have coastal specific carriers and programs that are looking to write this type of business and are aggressively priced for the market.

@Scott Taylor   E & O = Errors and Omissions  insurance.. virtually every realtor has it.and if you make a monetary claim against a realtor they usually turn it over to the E & O carrier if the claim is sufficient enough.. many of these policies have 5k deductables.Also in most forms and we are going through this right now on a deal I am the seller on in PA were the buyer literally backed out day of closing and wanted their 10k back.. and of course I told them no greaking way.. so we are going to mediation.. and mediation is cheap there only 250 an hour.. the buyer has not appointed an attorney and my Agents will represent me..

@Dawn Wilkins it is classified as a student rental in the eyes of the insurance carrier.  

Values ranged from $110K to $125K.My had more SQFT than the $110K comp, I had a complete renovation, including a brand new Carrier HVAC with gas furnace, roof, etc.

@Robert OmbresNearly all insurance carriers publish a "restricted breed list" - these days, regardless of the Association's policy, if you have a breed on this list, it puts the association (you) at risk.

I have never owned a Real Estate.Can I start my carrier as an investor & start making RE deals and do not use my first time home buyer opportunity i.e low interst rate for later ?
