My contractor helps me with some of the more difficult parts of being a landlord like evictions and notices to pay but if I asked him to go to every showing with me he’d tell me I was nuts.

Ask and see if she is negotiable.Many sellers list property "as is" but then agree to adjust the price or make repairs.Many buyers offer to purchase "as is" but then ask for price reductions or repairs.Frankly, it drives me nuts.
