I got my fat Greek a$$ out to my target areas and walked holes into my shoes again and again.

I fat fingered that one and hit the wrong number. but thank you to everyone who pointed that out.

I've read countless posts in this forum where new investors view REI as a high interest savings account that is going to yield a fat check every month.  

Off market, quiet, belly to belly? 

Currently I have a big fat mortgage on my primary residence (about 4k a month) , refinanced last year at a good rate of 3.125%.  

Belly to belly with someone local I have rapport with has netted me my best deals. 

Manage the hell outta this thing (trim fat, milk it, produce fruit, etc...), save.

Fat margins = here sure have this cookie (institution proceeds to eat an entire cake).

In the owner finance, you take a fat down payment, so I guess more money upfront in that scenario, but is it more lucrative in the long run compared to rent to own?
