I like transparency on the table as we are all here to make money... but a lot of people seem to work on assumptions and seem to not respond to direct style so I find myself treading waters...feedback is welcomed.

Hi All, would love your thoughts ~A set of 2 large clawfoot tubs as an alternative to traditional hot tub, with running hot + cold water spigot attached, hot springs style.

There is a significant art to this, and that is why one won't find any standard template for doing such, because each original home style/design best lends itself to different layout potentials. 

So if you are using a loan type that is ok with leaving the property in the LLC/Company at closing then that is going to be some type of a commercial/portfolio style loan. 

I'm only here for the next 1 to 1 1/2 years; until we move on to our next investment asset and life style. 

i've been in analysis paralysis not wanting to squander this amazing cash out return I got on a property.I have been trying to figure out if i should look into loans and buying more property for less carry a mortgage and utilize that debt in the future, or just say screw it and buy a couple 100k-300k properties all cash and 1031 in 2-5 years.any input or guidance on helping me make my ADHD mind up would be great!

@Raj G.If it’s owned by a LLC you could do a mezzanine style loan which is a loan to LLC not specific asset but if they do not produce then you can step in and take over.

Right now I am leaning towards the BRRRR style of rentals.
