Would you think changing my minimum stay on Airbnb would be worth it?

I travel the state a little bit and would be glad to chat sometime.

Getting a great STR like you are telling us about is more rare these days so I would be interested in the purchase price etc.30k a month is a huge number.

I agree that the upside here is knowing most of the mechanicals need to be redone upfront, so there should be fewer ‘surprises’ along the way.Setting aside a solid contingency fund is a must—do you have a rule of thumb for that?

You're gonna want to be around $400k purchase price to be in a good area too.
