Water from the well has sediments and water forms a yellow lining in toilet.

We own one other Triplex that Cashflows really well, but it is a fixer upper.

Working to systemize this business to run efficiently with future limited supervision to then take the cashflow/profits to continue investing in building our long term rental portfolio as well as invest in other business endeavors.

In that manner, the house looks very updated, but also clean and well kept.

I'm starting to lean towards buying B or better properties, which don't cash flow as well in the beginning, but will have better long term appreciation and attract better tenants. 

I will look into virtual assistants as well! 

In my market - new build duplexes dont cash flow well but are typically a great 5-10 year investment. 

While I'm well-versed in the Australian market, the U.S. market is completely new to me.

Everything we have cashflows well.
