Been a long-time BiggerPockets listener/reader/viewer and been studying real estate investing for years.

@Jon Martin  there is a newish extension that allows viewers to see where else a property is listed in you are looking at a property. 

When I use a virtually staged photo, it actually says "Virtual image" on the picture, we state there are virtually staged images in the public comments, and I include a picture of the room as it actually is without the staging so viewers can see reality vs. virtual.

@Peston Parsard not sure if enough viewers will note & care about free internet and pay more in rent.Regarding the MLS listing, going to guess your PMC isn't charging you a Placement Fee equal to one month of rent?

Honestly, I think Brandon Mulrenin and Ricky Carruth are the best in terms of being realistic with their viewers.
