The description and pictures are excellent marketing.   

Take a look again at your FF and AirBnB listings to see if there is any room to shake up the description to show off that you understand the needs and wants of travelers. 

If the contract shows the correct legal description but also shows seller is conveying 2.11 acres, and that has not been amended, I think you have a reasonable argument.

It would be on an auction site with pictures/a description of which each unit rents for.

However, I understand where you are coming from… I don’t usually partner on anything because.. why not just do the deal myself?

Ambiguous descriptions can lead to scope creep, material allowance overruns, timeline days, and subpar quality of work.

Every unit has its own "microsite" of sorts with seperat msg threads and you can't write your own descriptions (which is understandable as they don't have seperate websites for different countries so they write "translation safe" descriptions for you), but still, it's no Airbnb.

It was very descriptive.

For those properties with HOAs, the HOA was usually the PITA.
