I can't really justify $40/month at this point so I guess I'll be making my own calculator in Excel Hi Charles, Each free and Plus user gets 5 uses of the calculator before being asked to upgrade to Pro.

We run into this especially at out parcels in grocery anchored centers, and our users generally can't make a ground lease work for the business case so the next best thing does tend to be the BTS or we often do Reverse BTS deals where the majority of the building design and management etc is done by the tenant.

I also agree it's better to use real life examples rather than hypotheticals.

I also did a trial of buildium and liked it, but I felt rentvine was a little more user friendly.
