I think it is better to start small than to over leverage from the start and build a house of cards that one overlooked expense can cause to tumble.  

These are indeed some rough market conditions and I, like many, feel that somethings gotta give and it could all come tumbling down very soon.

People with no money are being bled even drier by pesky "training" gurus!

I'd also like to point it out that what you get here is their own personal opinion, even if you flip, tumble, roll it, it remains the fact that it is just that, an opinion.

The commercial driving market is definitely in for a tumble.

or cash.. and scoop the deals when and if that time comes around again. but I think its fair to say 08 to 2012 was a very unique set of circumstances and other than a one horse town or one mill town or one main manufacturing town.. were the mill or plant closes and real estate tumbles.. we just never saw such a wide spread loss of values..
