It's slower, but patient people tend to make wise investments.

Be patient and do your best to network.

Start small, be patient, and stay connected with local meetups and online investor communities for support. 

A tiny % of people can avoid the hard work by getting creative or lucky, but most have to work hard, take action, and be patient. 

The MHC space on the other hand is saturated with lots of well capitalized buyers all pursuing patient, well-informed sellers looking to obtain the highest price possible. 

He’s skilled, he finds off market deals, and he was patient with me working through my first deal.

Offer to be the guy that restores the old family property to it's former glory and all....Still it'll be hard to not look greedy because you do want to make money after all.....main thing to me is being super PATIENT.

While I find this the ideal way to buy more properties it also stunts my growth and I tend to lose patients. 

They are patient and able to talk me through any plans of repairs or maintenance.
