Is this a common theme?

It seems like gripes with PM companies have been a common theme lately.

If you are trying to go for 4 or 5 people I would stop and consider if a general theme for the home would work so that the people living there have at least something in common. 

Yes, actively asking for investments on July 18th and revealing suspension of payments on July 20 seems a bit odd and poorly done. 

So keeping with the contractor payment theme, is there a specific contract used for the agreement?

I definitely enjoyed this thread, which is odd since I don’t have a short term rental, but I guess a good argument can keep a reader in suspense.

Hello, I have a townhome close to theme parks in Kissimmee, FL that is rented and on a one-year lease (was previously short-term rental).

@Brent Mendenhall Complaints of lack of communication is a common theme these days amongst passive investors.

Their explanation: "The overall theme for 2023 is that unexpected roadblocks and delays throughout 2022 put us behind our originally targeted timelines for infill (occupancy increases) impacting how quickly we could increase revenue."
